Horseback riding is a favorite pastime that continues to grow in popularity.  Enjoy guided scenic rides through local vineyards or take the family out for a backcountry adventure with local guides who know all the best trails.  In winter, you can even take a sleigh ride in the snow!  Those wanting to travel with their horses can stay overnight at a historic Angels Camp ranch complete with riding trails.
